NEEIS may collect Personal information about the Insured, including information from a credit report or from persons other than the Insured. Such information as well as other personal and privileged information collected by NEEIS may in certain circumstances be shared with third parties without the Insured’s authorization.
The types of Information we collect and share can include:
- Social Security Number or FEIN Number
- Loss Runs
- Motor Vehicle Registration Records
- Driver’s License and DMV records
NEEIS needs to share the Insured’s information with other companies in order to conduct their business. NEEIS does not share the Insured’s information for any other reason.
